I agree that photographs and/or videos may be taken during events organised by the BhaktiMarga Foundation in which I appear as a participant. This may reveal my sensitive personal data relating to my spiritual or ideological beliefs. The images will be taken and published by the BhaktiMarga Foundation (contact email: fondazionebhaktimarga@gmail.com), for the purpose of publishing and broadcasting them (including via live streams) on the website or in (printed) publications, on Facebook and/or Instagram pages, on the Flickr channel and on the Bhakti Marga YouTube channel (the content may be used and stored for this purpose). I am aware that I may withhold my consent or withdraw any of my consents at any time with future effect. Whilst the Vitthala-Kshetra Ashram is everyone’s home, certain areas will be appropriately cordoned off for safety reasons, particularly given the large number of people expected to attend. Some areas are still undergoing refurbishment and we hope that, thanks to everyone’s voluntary service (Seva), they will be ready for use as soon as possible; others, however, which are close to the perimeter or do not yet have the necessary accessibility features, could compromise the safety of everyone. We trust in the support and understanding of all participants. By completing this registration form and taking part in the events in question, you undertake to respect the cordoned-off areas and to remain within them and not go beyond them.

During the event, which is open to the public, audiovisual recordings will be made and photographs taken. The cannot guarantee that these will not be published or otherwise disclosed and viewed by third parties. The BhaktiMarga Foundation is therefore in no way liable for the use of such material, which may in any way be disclosed and made public. By signing this registration form for the event taking place from 9 to 13 September 2026, the participant is deemed to have been informed of this. The undersigned declares that they have been informed, in accordance with and for the purposes of Decree 101/18 of 10 August 2018, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, that the personal data collected will be processed, including by electronic means, exclusively for the pursuit of the Foundation’s statutory purposes.
